Three Fruit Brulee
Ingredients:
- 425g can Peaches in natural Juices, drained
- 425g can Apricot Halves in Natural Juice, drained
- 425g can Pear Halves in natural juice, drained & sliced
- 1 1/2 cups thickened cream
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1/4 cup flaked almonds
- 1/3 cup caster sugar (or brown sugar)
Directions:
Combine fruit in a bowl.
Whip cream with icing sugar until peaks form.
Fold through fruit mixture.
Arrange fruit in ovenproof casserole dish.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with almonds and sugar.
Place in a hot grill.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar caramelises and almonds are toasted.
Serve immediately.
